Booking terms and conditions

-Agreement:
The booking contract is an agreement among yourselves and Antonia Torrandell Canals who is the holder of the website inmobport.com
Once confirming a reservation with us you are guaranteeing that you are of legal age and have the authority to accept the Booking Conditions on behalf of all your party.
The contract between us is governed by the Spanish Law and by the jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts.
 
-Cancellations:
All deposits are non-refundable.
 
If you cancel your holiday:
You are allowed to cancel your holiday at any time, but the cancellation must come in writing (email) and from the lead name of the booking. Will be effective on the date the written is received.
Below is our cancellation policy in the case your holidays were paid in full at the booking day.
Up to 90 days prior arrival date: 50% refunded
From 89 to 60 days prior arrival date: 30% refunded
Less than 59 days prior arrival date: No refund will be made
 
 
If we cancel your holiday:
In the event that the unit becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. We will endeavour to offer you alternative accommodation of a similar or higuer standart. In the case you do not accept any suitable alternative, you will be asked to confirm this in writing and the booking fee will be refunded to you in full.
 
 
-Check in/out
At your arrival day you will be able to access the accommodation as from 14:00. On your departure day you should vacate the property by 10:00.
Pool and garden maintenance can't be carried out on changeover days, reason why we ask for your cooperation when our pool and garden maintenance staff visit the property.
 
-Damage deposit
Some of our properties are subject to a damages or losses of inventory deposit. This is taken on a credit card or cash at check-in, and returned at check-out once we verify that the property and inventory are in the same state as upon your arrival.
We reserve the right to claim for any serious damage or breakages not reported and found after your departure.
 
 
-Guest number and Obligations
Occupation should be limited to the maximum number of guests agreed and paid.
You must accept responsiblility for the proper conduct of yourself and any member of your party whilst at the property. In cases of serious misconduct, we reserve the right to end your holiday with us. If we do so, we have no liability or responsibility to you.
 
 
-Liability
Properties  information and descriptions have been done by our team previously visited the villas. For any impact on the properties by force majeure (war, earthquakes, construction noise, water or power cut, bad weather..) Inmobport accept no responsibility.
The use of the rental property incluiding all associated outdoor facilities is made solely at the tenant's risk. Inmobport and the property owner will accept no liability in the case of accidents.
The tenant is the only responsible for his belongings brought into the property. Inmobport will not accept any responsibility for burglaries.
 
 
-Services
The vacation price include all charges for gas, electricity and water. We kindly ask you to comply with reasonable usage (i.e. Not leaving air condition run with windows and doors open). 
Inmobport reserves the right for an extra charge if excessive energy consume during the stay.
 
 
-Pets
Some pets are allowed, please enquire. In either case, they are not allowed on the beds and furniture. At your departure should not be any evidence pets have been at the property.
 
 
-Complains
In the unlikely case that you have a trouble, facility or services are not in a correct state at the property please immediately inform us. We will endeavour to fix it up as soon as possible. 
Inmobport will not accept any complaints or any responsiblity made after guest departure. Alternatively you can email us to suggest/comment your stay.
