This beautiful apartment is on the ground floor of a very pretty complex placed in Puerto Pollensa, not far from the lovely small beaches of the popular Pine walk.

Upon entering the apartment, we can find a nice open plan lounge dining kitchen with double sliding glass doors looking out the front covered terrace with its own private lawn area. Modern units and marble work surfaces complement the stainless-steel oven and touch dial vitro hob. There is a large fridge-freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. It has lots of natural light and a nice decor with a comfortable chaise longe sofa and a great flat screen satellite TV. From here there is a direct access to the community pool and sun terracing. There is a table and chairs on the terrace, as well as sun-beds around the communal pool.

The apartment has three bedrooms: one double with an en suite bathroom and two twins which share another further shower room. The twin bedrooms are comfortably furnished and have views to the rear of the apartment. The third bedroom has a double bed with views to the front of the apartment. All bedrooms benefit of A/C on a timer.

This apartment is contemporary, comfortable and in a wonderful location within the resort of Puerto Pollensa. It is just a few minutes walk from all the shops, cafes and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
