We are pleased to offer you this spectacular villa, a splendid Majorcan house located in a privileged enclave. Restored with care and attention, it has been able to perfectly combine tradition and modernity. Located in a beautiful enclave with the always majestic mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana as a backdrop, the property is halfway from the picturesque town of Pollensa, the popular bay of Puerto de Pollensa.
A large wrought iron gate welcomes us to the very spacious parking area and its well-kept gardens of palm trees and fruit trees.
The main entrance first presents us with a spacious dining room, followed by a comfortable living room and a modern open kitchen. The conservation of old traditional elements such as exposed stone walls, arches and wooden beams contrasts with the avant-garde decoration, the judicious selection of neutral colors on walls and floors, and intelligent lighting. Thus, before our eyes we find fantastic traditional touches tinged with modernity.
The dining room has a large table with capacity for 12 people and is equipped with air conditioning. The comfortable living room in front of a large smart television also enjoys air conditioning.
For its part, the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and a large American-style fridge-freezer. From the kitchen, a door gives access to the back of the house, where there is a generously sized brick barbecue and a huge pergola, ideal for succulent meals outdoors.
The ground floor is completed by a small reading area and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. This room has a double bed by default, although it can be adapted to a double room with two twin beds.
On the upper floor are the other rooms. After going up the stairs there is a landing where, on the right hand side, there is a double room with an en-suite bathroom, while on the left there is a long corridor with the rest of the rooms distributed on both sides. Specifically, there is, to the left of the corridor, a double room and another at the back that can be both double and double. Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower. For its part, to the right of the corridor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first one can be both a double room and a double room, while the one located further back is a double room. It should be noted that all bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

And finally, the little gem that will delight young and old alike: an annex dedicated to sports and leisure. It includes a magnificent billiards, an exercise bike, an elliptical bike, a table football and another big screen smart TV. And, as if this were not enough, an air conditioner.
Finally, it should be noted that the house has a free Internet connection via Wi-Fi, with several repeaters strategically placed to have Internet access both in the rooms and in the pool area, on the terraces, and in the leisure area.
