The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your self-catering holiday.
The apartment has a maximum capacity for 4 guests, with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with walk in shower, and the other with bath and overhead shower.
There is a wonderful furnished terrace where you can enjoy a lazy lunch soaking up the wonderful view of the marina and the famous Pine Walk.
The apartments are just a stone’s throw from the main square which hosts the weekly Wednesday morning market. Here you will also find some wonderful bars and restaurants. The square comes alive in the evenings with a lively atmosphere during the summer months.

Not only are we a specialist local rentals agency, we are possibly the longest running lettings company in the Port de Pollensa area.
We opened our first offices back in the 90s, providing private villas for summer lets to a new breed of tourist; people who wanted something more than a hotel room with a community pool.
