A little bit about who we are...
Not only are we a specialist local rentals agency, we are possibly the longest running lettings company in the Port de Pollensa area.
We opened our first offices back in the 90s, providing private villas for summer lets to a new breed of tourist; people who wanted something more than a hotel room with a community pool.
Since then, tourism in the north of Mallorca has transformed, with tens of thousands of holidaymakers now choosing to rent a villa, townhouse or apartment on a weekly basis.
We have all kinds of properties, from simple chalets by the beach to luxury country homes, but no matter the size, price or location, all our villas have been carefully selected by our team and beautifully maintained by the owners, so that we can be absolutely certain when we say, we provide the best quality homes with the best customer servive to make sure every holiday is a wonderful experience.
