Rustic Finca distributed over 2 floors and a basement with an independent apartment. For 12 guests (6 rooms).
On the ground floor we find a spacious living room with access to the porch, and a kitchen-dining room open to the living room. A bedroom with two separate beds and a bathroom.
On the upper floor, we find the master suite with a double bed and bathroom, with beautiful views of the pool and the surroundings. In addition to another 2 bedrooms with single beds and a full bathroom.
In the basement, we find the living room with two extra sofa beds, an open kitchen-dining room, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds.
Ideal to enjoy the outdoors, its large porch with a large table for family gatherings, a swimming pool, solarium, among others.
Between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa we find this Rustic Finca with gardens covered with grass and trees, located in a very quiet area with privacy and close to the sea.
