Modern penthouse apartment in the residential area of Pinaret in Puerto Pollensa with communal pool. Situated in a small block of 6 apartments recently built, the apartment is in perfect conditions, nicely furnished and decorated. The property is only 500m from the beach. The apartment offers two bedrooms, one bathroom en suite and one shower room. The master bedroom has a double bed, an e-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and also has a door which exits to one of the two private balconies. The other bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and also exits to one of the balconies. Good size fitted kitchen with adjacent utility room. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances and a breakfast bar. The lounge diner leads onto a very nice wood private balcony with table and chairs. The second terrace also has table and chairs and has a spiral staircase that leads up to the private roof terrace. This area has 4 sunbeds with a parasol and a large dining table also with a parasol and a BBQ. The apartment is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, making it comfortable all year round. In the summer you will also enjoy the communal swimming pool. One parking space included. There is free Wi-Fi.
