This apartment has a wonderful terrace with privileged views of the bay, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living/dining room with TV and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, washing machine, oven and stove.
Booking conditions:
- Minimum stay of 31 nights
- Deposit is required.
- Return of deposit: by bank transfer between 5 and 15 days after leaving the accommodation.
- Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. / Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. (high season)
- Arrival out of hours: they must pay the entire reservation in advance.
- Flexible entry and exit times in low season.
- No loud parties or events can be held.
- No smoking inside.
- Pets are not allowed.

Not only are we a specialist local rentals agency, we are possibly the longest running lettings company in the Port de Pollensa area.
We opened our first offices back in the 90s, providing private villas for summer lets to a new breed of tourist; people who wanted something more than a hotel room with a community pool.
