Our wonderful Villa is located in the residential area of Siller, in Puerto Pollensa, about 15 minutes walk from the center of town, and the beautiful beaches. If you decide to rent a car, you are only 5 minutes away. The villa shares an entrance and barrier with other villa belonging to the same family, but is totally isolated, which makes it ideal for large groups who want to rent two properties.
The Villa has 5 bedrooms, with a capacity for a maximum of 10 people. Two of the rooms are double, with a double bed, and the other three, contain two single beds each. All rooms contain their own air conditioning.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, with all the essential materials (fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee maker). The living room is equipped with two sofas, ideal for watching satellite television. The living room leads directly to the large patio of the villa.Outside we will find the large pool, with dimensions of 10×5 M, surrounded by a fence, which is reassuring when it comes to being there with small children. The pool is also surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. As we walk through the extensive garden, we will also see a stone barbecue, ideal for a lunch or dinner with family or friends.
Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16.

Not only are we a specialist local rentals agency, we are possibly the longest running lettings company in the Port de Pollensa area.
We opened our first offices back in the 90s, providing private villas for summer lets to a new breed of tourist; people who wanted something more than a hotel room with a community pool.
